Short Biography: 

 

He received the B.Tech. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, India, in 2002, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2006.

From 2006 to 2009, he was a Research Fellow with the Biorobotics Group, Robotics Research Center, Nanyang Technological University. Since 2009, he has been a Professor with the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Kyungpook National University, Daegu, Korea.

His current research interests are in the areas of nonlinear estimation and filtering, sliding-mode control, neural decoding, adaptive signal processing,  brain–computer interface, biomedical signal processing, and surgical robotics.
